The Bahamas warmly welcomes Prince Harry

NASSAU, The Bahamas — The Bahamas laid out the Red Carpet to welcome HRH Prince Harry, who is representing his grandmother Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, as she celebrates her Diamond Jubilee year. Prince Harry, 27, arrived in the capital Nassau, Saturday, March 3, on board his aircraft which touched down at the Odyssey Aviation Bahamas at the Lynden Pindling International Airport at 7p.m.

The Prince visited Belize prior to coming to The Bahamas. He left the country on Monday, March 5 for Jamaica. 

Prince Harry was born September 15, 1984. He is the youngest son of Charles, Prince of Wales and Diana, Princess of Wales, and the fourth grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. He is third in the line of succession to the throne. He is captain in the British Army Air Corps and flies apache attack helicopters.
