Welcome to the New High Commissioner

The High Commission is pleased to announce that His Excellency Mr. Eldred E Bethel arrived in London on Monday, 17 December 2012 to take up his appointment as High Commissioner for the Commonwealth of The Bahamas to the Court of St. James’s.

The High Commissioner will serve concurrently as non-resident Ambassador of The Bahamas to France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Greece, and the European Union; Permanent Representative to the International Maritime Organisation (IMO), and Permanent Delegate to the International Bureau of Exhibitions (BIE).
