Presentation of Letters of Credence to the European Union

H.E. Eldred Bethel, Ambassador of The Bahamas to the European Union, presented his Letters of Credence to Herman Van Rompuy, President of the European Council, at a ceremony in Brussels on Friday 12 April 2013. The two men are pictured exchanging greetings.

Ambassador Bethel was accompanied to both ceremonies by Mr. Frank Davis, First Secretary & Consul.

While in Brussels the Ambassador and Mrs Bethel were also pleased to host a cocktail reception which was attended by Bahamian Nationals, Caribbean Diplomats based in Brussels, and other specially invited Guests.
