Former Cabinet Minister Warren Levarity Dies, Aged 82

The High Commission of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas wishes to inform the public of the passing of Mr. Warren James Levarity, C.M.G, former Cabinet Minister and Member of Parliament.

A State Funeral will be held for the late Warren James Levarity, CMG, on Thursday 20 November at 11am at Christ Church Cathedral in Nassau.

The Cabinet Office have announced that The Bahamas will be in a state of mourning until after the State Funeral and interment, with public buildings appropriately draped and flags flown at half staff.

A Book of Condolence will be opened at The Bahamas High Commission on the following dates:

Wednesday, 19 November 2014: 10am – 4pm

Thursday, 20 November 2014: 10am – 4pm
