His Excellency Eldred Bethel and Mrs Dawne Bethel were the guests of His Royal Highness, Prince Charles, Prince of Wales at Highgrove House in Gloucestershire, England where a reception for Realm Commonwealth High Commissioners was held on July 7th, 2014.
