Bahamas Attends 7th UK/Caribbean Forum
The Government of The Bahamas was represented at the 7th UK/Caribbean Forum, which was held in St. George’s, Grenada from 20 to 22 January 2012. The Bahamian delegation was lead by H.E. Mr. Sidney Collie, High Commissioner to the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), and included Mr. Frank Davis, First Secretary and Consul, Bahamas High Commission; Ms Charmaine Williams, Foreign Service Officer; and Ms Rita Kaufmann, Foreign Service Officer, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Bahamas and Germany Conclude a Tax Information Exchange Agreement
The High Commission is pleased to announce that on 12 December 2011, the Exchange of Instruments of Ratification regarding the Agreement between the Commonwealth of The Bahamas and the Federal Republic of Germany on Assistance in Civil and Criminal Tax matters through the Exchange of Information, took place at Bahamas House between H.E. Paul Farquharson, QPM, High Commissioner to the Court of St. James, and H.E. Georg Boomgaarden, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany.
